What energizes you about your work at ZP?

The people I work with, the variety of projects I get to touch and the attitude of always being willing to try new things for the better. I’m also super stoked to be back to doing in-person events! It was rewarding to see the designs I did for SA Drive Electric with CPS Energy in print and meet some of my coworkers for the first time IRL.

What accomplishment outside of work are you most proud of?

I’m proud of the progress I’ve made skateboarding. I started after college as a way to make new friends and push myself to try something that I was interested in, but also pretty intimidated by. In the last couple years, I’ve learned new tricks, got more comfortable going fast, met some amazing people and also had a pretty scary face-plant that kept me off my board for awhile. That being said, what I’m the most proud of is knowing that I can do hard things. It may take a long time, I may get hurt and I may still be afraid, but I can do hard things.

As a creative, how do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in visual research. I love admiring what others have done (can be natural things too) and incorporating aspects of it in different ways. Additionally, I really enjoy brainstorming/discussing ideas with others.
