Bill Quinlan

Bill Quinlan is the president of Transmission and Offshore Wind Projects for Eversource Energy. In this position, he leads the efforts of the Transmission business to fortify the electric grid and enable a clean energy future for Eversource customers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is responsible for Eversource’s transmission policy, strategy, major projects, regulatory approvals and compliance. He also leads the execution of Eversource’s offshore wind projects, from siting and permitting through construction and energization.
