Charles Montgomery

Charles Montgomery retired from Consumers Energy with 28 years of utility experience. Early in his career, he was a Journeyman Lineworker, and advanced to other roles within (Electric) Energy Operations including positions leading the Marshall Training Center, Electric Meter Operations, and Customer Field Services. Charles transitioned to Gas Operations and became the Executive Director of Gas Distribution. He has also worked in Utility Metric & Goals and Budgeting, Planning, and Analysis. In addition to these primary roles, he fulfilled additional responsibilities designed to improve the employee experience.
