As Research Fellow at the Texas Energy Poverty Research Institute (TEPRI), Jacquie is committed to TEPRI’s mission of inspiring lasting energy solutions for low-income communities across Texas. She conducts research, analysis, and data visualization on topics related to equitable access to affordable energy across Texas. Jacquie has an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
