Austin, Texas (April 11, 2019) – Zpryme, an Austin-based energy and technology research company, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Texas based Solar Business Festival (SBF), which was owned by Global Attain Advancement, LLC (GAA). Zpryme will rebrand the three-year-old SBF as Solar Storage Fest (SSF), capitalizing on the emerging nexus of solar and storage technologies to transform the traditional power systems that have been in place for over 100 years.

“Texas Solar Business Festival has been able to tap into the emerging renaissance of solar and energy storage technologies: taking place not just in Texas, but across the globe,” said Jason Rodriguez, CEO of Zpryme. “The addition of SSF aligns with our recent research that shows these two technologies, solar and energy storage, will be the two main enablers for energy systems of the future.”

The addition of SSF brings the total number of Zpryme events to five. Zpryme also produces The Energy Thought Summit (ETS), City of the Future (CoF), WE3 Summit (WE3), and Start@ets (Start). The company plans on leveraging SSF to broaden their media, research, and augmented and virtual reality for engagement and education offerings to the solar and energy storage ecosystems

“We are excited to announce this acquisition by Zpryme to navigate the renewable energy transition and explore pathways to realize the full potential of solar and storage industry,” added Bako Ambianda, Founder and CEO of Global Attain Advancement, LLC.
