It’s no secret that being in sales has been especially challenging these last almost 2 years. How have you managed to stay motivated and effective?

I think the key to staying motivated and effective is balance. When times get tough, the sales team often needs to work harder. This needs to be balanced with one’s personal life and needs, otherwise, a burnout can happen and everyone is worse off for it. A balanced team is a happier, more effective team.

We love following you virtually on your travels. Is there a highlight destination you would recommend to anyone?

Very hard question to answer, but if I had to pick I would say, Lisbon. Beautiful city, great weather, pristine beaches, kind people and probably the best seafood I’ve had…all wrapped up in some amazing history, can’t ask for much more!

What is your favorite part of working at Zpryme?

My favorite part of Zpryme is our work hard-play hard culture. We take on ambitious projects that demand we work hard, although we never take ourselves too seriously or forget to have at least some fun.
