Everywhere utilities are figuring out how to execute on projects that required in person meetings and face to face contact. Austin Energy has found a solution with its green building program: virtual inspections. Erin chatted with program leader, Heidi Kasper, on how the utility kick started this solution and how they expect virtual inspections to play a role in operations in the post-COVID future.
