Here we discuss how to build progressive collaborative ecosystems and digital engagement by delving into the success stories of leading utilities across the globe.But, are utilities, cities, and all institutions that govern the water and energy spaces doing enough to raise public awareness of their sustainability programs and zero-emission initiatives?To measure public awareness and engagement with sustainability initiatives, SEW in partnership with Zpryme, surveyed about 500 public respondents across the US. Overall, the results indicate low public inclusion and awareness.
