Membership Subscription Terms of Use
The Subscriber shall be entitled access to the Utility Response platform and a nonexclusive license during the term of the subscription. The provided data, reports, insights, files, and graphics are included as: 4 monthly reports, 4 annual reports, 4 quarterly reports, and 3 monthly analysis reports and supporting data and files.
Subscriber/user can share research reports, files, data, graphics, etc for internal use. For external use, Subscriber can share data or insights for private customer presentations or reports and in conference presentations as long as Zpryme is cited and referenced as the source of the material being presented.
Outside of the items mentioned above, the Subscriber cannot share data or reports publicly without expressed consent from Zpryme. Data, articles or insights publicly posted by Zpryme can be shared by the Subscriber. Multiple users accessing a single member account is prohibited.
